I have a Superkey (super + G) which brings up a chatGPT window that I can show/hide quickly.

MacGPT also allows querying inline anywhere on mac, like textboxes.

It has support for API key as well as opening a browser-window to the chat. Seeing as the API is probably cheaper than GPT Pro, this could be an affordable way to use GPT-4.
